Hi, everyone, my name is Ashley Grzywa. I'm a 2015, graduate of the University of Maryland, Master of Architecture program. Two things you'll find at the University of Maryland are opportunity and community. I had so many wonderful opportunities as a student from being a graduate assistant to participating in a competition team, with students from architecture, real estate development and city planning to studying abroad. But the best part about the program is the community. Everyone gets to know each other. Students and faculty are constantly collaborating, sharing work, sharing ideas. People get invested in what you're working on and how you're doing and that community has stayed with me after graduation. I'm so grateful for the time that I spent at the University of Maryland, and for all of the amazing people I met there. We look forward to having you join our community. Go terps!
My name is Jake Morris, and I'm a senior at the School of Architecture. It's important to me to build relationships with all my peers in studio. While studying architectural precedents, Ive become better informed when approaching my own projects. These are my inspirations.
My name is Salaam [INAUDIBLE] and I'm a junior at the School of Architecture. The moment I step into studio, I put on my headphones and listen to jazz. I have pictures of my two year old son that keeps me going to do great work. These are my inspirations.
My name is JT Fox. I'm a junior at the School of Architecture, and every morning I get up and I bike to class, I have a picture board that I look at whenever I'm looking for inspiration. I like to make models to help push the idea a little bit farther. And these are my inspirations.
